Q: How will I find your site?
A: We specialize in internet marketing and we are on all the major search engines and work to make sure that we are easily found on the web.

Q: What are the services you offer?
A: We provide advertising services through our network of vacation rental and resort sites connecting vacation travelers directly with property owners and managers. Our extensive network includes more than 5000 properties in over 90 + preferred travel destinations around the world. Travelers contact you directly via email, phone or direct link to your website.

Q: What makes you different? Why should I list my property on your site?
A: Owners pay a low, flat fee with no commission to advertise their property and are not subjected to additional fees to gain premium places in search results. We provide a direct booking link, an opportunity to display 18 photos per listing, and the advantage of listing multiple properties. We also submit to national and foreign search engines and market to sporting events and specialty travel.

Q: What are your fees?
A: With the one year, premium listing, you get 4 websites for the low advertising cost of $195 and you can upload up to 18 photos per listing.

Q: What is the process to list my property?
A: Just click on the “Signup Now” link prominently displayed on the home page and follow the instructions to list your property, for account billing information, and payment options.

Q: How soon will my listing be online?
A: Once you have entered the required information and submitted payment, your listing should be live within 24 hours.

Q: Why are there only a few listings?
A: This is one of our newer sites and because we have been getting numerous inquiries for this specific area, we have designed this site especially for our visitors. We continually implement marketing efforts to build this site to make it work better for you.

Q: Is there a free trial? Are there refunds?
A: Unfortunately there are no trial periods nor do we offer refunds on advertising services but we do offer you a low advertising rate. Keep in mind that we have over 90+ vacation websites where your listing/s can be found so you are always a few clicks away from being seen by visitors. We also offer Specialty Sites like Pet Friendly, Beach and Golf if your property falls under that category. We do not offer refunds.

Q: How can I maximize the effectiveness of my listing?
A: There are a few things you can do to maximize your listing and increase bookings:
1. Write clear, descriptive copy. Add more photos and rotate them. Properties with good photos do significantly better.
2. Refine your property title and description. Include area-specific search phrases in your property description. You will achieve better results by making timely updates.     
3. Keep your rental rates current.
4. Promote a special offer to highlight your property during slow periods.

Q: How do I submit photos?
A: To upload photos go to your account at www.MyRentalManager.com. Our system automatically resizes the photos for you. If you need any assistance, please contact our support department by calling our toll-free number or via email.

Q: How do I modify my listing and add/change photos?
A: With 24/7 access, you have the ability to modify and update property information and photos through our Online Rental Management System via a secure account from anywhere in the world. Your updates are instantly displayed for travelers and potential bookings.

Q: Can I link to my personal website?
A: We offer a direct link to your website with every listing.

Q: Can I add a virtual tour to my listing?
A: Yes, one virtual tour can be added to your listing.

Q: How do I create/manage the availability calendar service?
A: Each property listing has its own availability calendar to display booking information and can be managed in real time directly from your internet connection. You also have the option to use an existing calendar by adding a link.

Q: What is the featured rental? How do I become one?
A: A Featured Property is where we take your leading photo of one of your listings and place it on the homepage of the selected site. When the visitor clicks into any area they will see your property first, click on the photo and open up your complete listing, with a direct link to your website. A featured property can double if not triple the traffic and inquiries you will receive. If you are interested in becoming a Featured Property, you simply call your account representative and they will be able to assist you.

Q: How do I highlight/promote a special offer or rate?
A: Log into your account at www.MyRentalManager.com with your Username and Password. There you will be able to link onto the “Special” tab where you can add your special. It will be highlighted on your listing along with a link for customers who are currently running specials.

Q: Do you have a Direct Booking System?
A: Although we do not offer an online booking system, if you already have a service, your property can be directly linked to it. For more information call toll free or via e-mail.

Q: Why can’t I view my listing or changes?
A: Possibly the changes didn’t save in your account or you might have it inactive. Please contact support toll-free or via e-mail and someone will assist you.

Q: What do I do if I forget my username or password?
A: Please contact support at our toll free number or via e-mail to let us know that you would like your Username and Password resent to you.

Q: What are your payment methods?
A: We accept most major credit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX.

Q: Is my credit card safe?
A: We offer secure transactions and never share your information with anyone else.

Q: How do I unsubscribe?
A: Call and let us know that you are no longer interested in having your property listed in our network and your property will be removed immediately.

Q: How do I get support?
